Hii... I used the pricing rollback request form thingy once but didn't receive a response within 72 hours. Then I emailed Paradox help staff why my application was rejected. I hadn't received a response therefore I assumed it was rejected. However, I didn't get an answer. Previously, my experience with Paradox staff helping me has been perfect. Quick, detailed responses. Now I'm asking the community as to what some of the reasons could be why I didn't get a response, or wasn't eligible for a new game or 2 DLC's. Thanks!
